Looking for cheap windows VPS

Hey!

I am looking for a cheap Windows VPS that is around $1 - $3 a month. I'm not trying to run any big things, just use it as a second PC sort of. I want it to be fast, and specs are not big of a deal. Any offers, or websites that you all can recommend? Thank you in advance!

For $1-$3 you won't get a VPS with a legit copy of Windows or Windows server. Also, for $1-$3 you won't get a VPS that is fast... with or without Windows.

If you're OK paying annually, we can do the following for $36/year:
CPU: E5-1620v2 (1 vCore @ 3.70GHz)
RAM: 2GB
Disk: 20GB HDD

Please note that these are the bare minimum requirements for Windows, we usually suggest at least 4GB RAM and 2 vCores for Windows.
