Looking for Chunk Hoppers + Collectors + Chunk Loaders

Looking for efficient chunk hoppers and/or collectors plugin for Factions server.

Ideally these are all separate things but if someone can lead me towards a plugin, I cannot seem to find one that satisfies my needs and will pay for this to be done if necessary.
