First off, the details about the server, and what you'd need to do:​

I have paid for a 10GB server, I am willing to upgrade whenever we need it. I am a European player base of 5. I am trying to expand this server from Europe to anywhere else.

Basically, I'm looking for a professional that is focused and dedicated. Experience is needed to handle things professionally at all times. I'm not looking for someone to pay for all the server cost but I'm looking for someone that can contribute to the server if needed be.

If the chances are, you can't pay, I will still be interested in having you either if you have skills in:
Advertising
Communications
Website Creation
Plugin Creation or Configuration

I am a 17-year-old male, I am a senior in high-school. I major in history and science and I minor in English. I play football, soccer, and basketball.

I get off of school at 3:10 on Monday, 4 on Tuesday and Thursday, and 12 on Wednesday and Friday. I am up until 1 AM usually, (PST) time zone.

What gamemode do you currently have, and do you have a financial means of keeping up a server/network?

Currently, I only have factions, I have around 350$ to spend on just the server, but that won't get me far if I want to continue to purchase custom plugins, maps, and start advertisement.

Factions is quite oversaturated. I would consider bringing you onto my server however it has 2 contigencies

1. You have to prove to me I can trust you in some fashion
2. you have to get used to the server's culture. I've been told my server's community is quite "hectic" and "unprofessional" but it is a fantastic small but unique community
