Looking for Co-Owner for HackMC!

So i am currently looking for an Co-Owner of HackMC!
We only need a few things done to get the server up!
We have custom plugins, And it's an faction server!
Requirements!
You need to know how to configure plugins such as, Essentials, Crates Plugin and so on!
You need to be pretty good at managing staff!
You can't have shitty english!
If you do good, You'll get 20-35% of all the donations!

You are a money whore aren't you? I disagree. Money Should be split this way for any server (AmountRecievedInMonth) - 50%
50% Distributed this way 15% to owner 10% to co-owner other 25% is payed to rest of staff. The other 50% goes back into server to pay for Better hosting better ddos protection & custom plugins.

Lol you don't pay staff, if they expect money then they are the true ''money whores''. Staff (except builders and plugin developers) work voluntarily, meaning they do it for free. 50% of $10 isn't gonna get the server far lmao.

If you didn't pay your staff they would need to go to a job during the day and come back to ban stupid kids who are hacking... Two frustrating things? That's the general idea of how most servers operate.. They get paid nothing.

No, 90% of servers don't pay their staff as its on a volunteer basis. Even the bigger servers such as Mineplex or Hypixel will not pay their staff members to moderate a community but instead will pay the people who are contributing to the servers architecture (i.e. Plugin Developers etc.).

Every server tries to aim to have a staff system from different timezones so that they can be assured that their server community is being policed for most of the time. People only do this for two reasons;

• Having an experience
• Getting the 'fame' of being a staff member on the larger networks

If your going to run a server where you pay your staff members who moderate/police the community, then it's going to be very expensive and many factors can (and will) go wrong.

Answer this for me... if you want someone professional to moderate or administrate your server you'd like them to be an adult correct? Adults have to pay bills how will an adult administrate or moderate a server full time without making any money to pay rent or buy food? Children do not understand anything and will just abuse their power.

Yes and no, the thing is that many servers would take on anyone who are professional. Age in most servers are taken into account, but (in my experience) his/hers professionalism is taken into judgement first. Anyway most adults have proper jobs (i.e. Office, Working from Home, Outdoor etc.) and would say (stereotypically) that playing games is their passtime. There are adults that moderate servers, but this is on a volunteer basis like everyone else (apart from if you contributing to the server, for example: A Plugin Developer).

If any adult thinks they can get paid for moderating a server, then most adults who play mc would do this - but since this the real world, it does not happen. Some children may abuse their power but this is why there are applications in place and checks that are detailed to filter out which ones are worthy and less likely to abuse their power and to show the ones that are loyal. It is very stereotypical to say that children do not understand anything as there are many servers that would take on children and teens to moderate a community which have been a success.

he is co-owner (half owner) by 50% I mean 50% of what you get you and him should get the same exact amount.
