I mean, I judge a server based on how the administration presents itself. If it does not look like a server with potential, I'd rather not waste my time on it. And given that "OCoolCraft" sounds like a server I'd make back when I was 12 with no experience, this is one of those cases.

Your server may be the best in the world, but your name sets the first impression.

I haven't helped moderate a community in a very long time, but if you're still looking for staff lemme know. I tried logging into your community and 1.8 is considered as outdated, thats really bad due to most of the users now are still playing on 1.8. (I know some gamemodes need it to be the lastest version, but i'd recommend switching it ONLY for them gamemodes not the hub itself. Discord is Devino#9480

This seems like a network which will fail. No offence but they are probably getting staff hunters in their team and trying to become the next Hypixel. It's all been done before. What makes yours unique
