Hello everyone, my server is looking for someone who can manage everything from community to fixing bugs. I would do this but I am really busy in college. I need someone who isn't that busy and can be on a few hours a day.

You will have access to the folder of the server in SSH. Daily backups will be taken so there's no risk involved for me.

Requirements:
- Knowledge in how to fix bugs.
- Skript (Optional, but will higher your chances. We have a ton of skript)
- Know how to use commands, pex, worldedit, handle players, etc.
- Professional.
- Probably more things that I can't think of right now.
- Active a few hours a day.
- Willing to release new features/updates.
- Be involved in the community.
- Willing to communicate before you take major actions.

Rules:
- If you're going to change something, please check with me before-hand and we can discuss it.

Payment:
- You will be paid 20% of all the server donations each month (if you do good, the next month will be more. I am open for negotiation if you can prove you're actually helping the server make more profit & improve) Keep in mind, the more money you make the server, the more money you make.

I have a Skype, but i'd prefer not to say here as Skype can be hacked. I have Discord also.

- How active can you be?
I do Co-Own a server along a friend, but I could still be very dedicated, and loyal. I can dedicate at-least 2-4 Hours a day, and i'm always on Skype, and Discord, and can always handle problems. If the bug/error is big, I can definitely put all aside to fix it ASAP.

- Do you know how to Skript and configure complex plugins?
Unfortunately I don't know how to script, but I am willing to learn. On the other-hand, I am well know for my ability to config plugins.

- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been developing / Managing servers for 5 years now. For the most part, I have always been Manager, or Owner.

- Anything else you want to say:
I am 14 Years old, but I am very mature for my age. I typically always hold myself to high standards especially when money's involved. I am very professional when needed to be, that means occasionally I like to have a good time and mess around. I know how to properly handle & hire staff members, as I have learned along the way. I feel I am the perfect suit to your server as I have been told I am really trustworthy, and efficient.

I don't know who Vinny V is.
And Tasos is a staff member who agreed to do our forums, and later resigned because we wouldn't pay him. He wanted a higher rank, and he really didn't do anything to deserve one.

I've had plenty of these staff members who did not get what they wanted, and then go and devouch me. Nothing I can really do about that.
