Looking for someone to co-own a new server with me.

I'm looking to create a new network, starting with SMP and skyblock. I develop and manage my own servers, but I need someone else to drive the staff and potentially advertising. I will also need someone to bounce ideas off of.

Requirements:
- Be at least 18
- Have some amount of experience with plugins or development
- Have experience in management (IRL or minecraft)

Could you add more detail?

Are you expecting them to help you fund the server?
Will the server be profitable or non profitable?

Also, I think that "Co-Owner" is unprofessional, I think it'd be better to have "Operator" or "Manager" - that way you can maintain a professional image without changing permissions etc.
