Hello! We are looking for a community / marketing manager hybrid to help with the upcoming release of a unique server network. This will be a paid trial position first, but we are looking for someone who is committed and ambitious to the long-term success of the project.
Ideal Candidates are ones that:
Have strong English writing skills
Deeply understand player experience and can find ways to improve it (i.e. better text formatting, some parts of a gamemode are confusing, etc.)
Have run a profitable server network before and understands different monetization strategies
Are good with people and communities
Have a good eye for visuals / aesthetic design
Have good time management and experience running events and projects
Have managed staff before and understands moderation
Have an interest in history/politics or are passionate about pushing the boundaries to create unique experiences within Minecraft
Is versatile and takes initiative to find ways to improve the server
