I've been trying to get my small network up and going but I'm in need of some people to help me (1/3 Owners/CoOwner). I need someone that knows what they are doing when it comes to server work and dealing with people. I've been working on my small network for about a month before I was in a tragic car accident. I've been out off the game for about 4/5 months and my origin partners (Owners, YouTubers and other staff member) have all left thinking I left the internet, When I came back everyone moved on... so I'm starting fresh.[/old]

- knowledge of how a retail store works (This is how I run my network)
- knowledge of Plugins/Permissions
- knowledge of how to deal with players in a professional matter (10-year-olds)
- knowledge of how HCFactions/Factions SkyBlock, Survival and minigame work
- $40 or more a month for Advertising, Builds & Java Dev's (I'm paying for the dedi costs)
- able to be on after school/work (Whatever you do in your spare time)
- Understanding of Linux & MySQL
- Common Sense
- Know how to ScreenShare // Find Vape and other Clients
- Loyal to the network
- Writing Documents (Threads/Staff S.O.P's)
- Active (In-Game & Forums)
- Reviewing Reports/Applications
- Network/Server Announcements (When an owner can't/is away)
- Team Meeting (What needs to be worked on/Who needs to be worked on)
