Looking to revitalize an old project and in need of a team. Not many details to give away at the moment as there is not much planned out. Positions will be unpaid until there is a source of income. It will be a Minecraft server, add me if you are interested!

I'm a big brain enthusiast. I come up with lots of ideas depending on the gamemode, playerbase, server/host name, and general look. But doing big brain moves for free isn't something many people would probably do considering its sooooo easy to get someone into the type of situation where they leave or get kicked without getting paid.

There really isn't a budget, I am willing to put in however much seems reasonable to make something successful!

Completely understand and honestly, I have that in there, just so people don't expect it to be a paid positions. If something seems to warrant it, then I would be willing to discuss something paid.

I always have ideas flowing, and can provide documentation of said ideas. Not sure what you'd bring to the table, and I hope if the position is unpaid, then at least (assuming successful server profits) there will be equity cuts that are reasonable.
