LOOKING FOR CRITERIA FOR HCF SERVER

Hello, would anyone mind making some custom plugins for me? I don't have tons of money, I just need these ideas/plugins added, I may be creating an HCF server.

Here are my ideas for custom plugins being made:

Cool down on apples - 1 hour

Death ban - 1 hour

Starting kit with fishing rod; lure 2

Armor abilities/effects; gold armor with bard

Auto smelt

Good anti-cheat; (shows who minds diamonds in public chat)

Ender pearl cool down - 15 seconds

Blacklist TNT

Instead of faction power, DTR stands for deaths till raidable and it is so much more simple than "power" DTR shows how many deaths until raidable so for example if you /f who,show,f a faction and it says 'DTR: 1.01' that means they have 2 deaths until their faction is raidable as 1 death will take away 1.00 from the 1.01 DTR.

Buy land with money

Small shop; (could only buy nether warts and blaze rods, could sell all the ores)

No silk touching spawners

Creepers don’t spawn as well as endermen, (endermen will spawn in the end) (endermen and creeper spawners ONLY in the end) Spawn rate on endermen low

Small world border (2000x2000)

Wrench - 1 time use(gold pickaxe with 1 durability) $45k(sells at shop)

If there's anyone willing to make a custom fully automatic HCF plugin for me, I'd be glad. Add me on Skype: kdob_24. Don't hesitate for I need these ASAP.

Did you try looking around before posting a thread? Don't be too quick to buy things, some plugins are free.

Half of the plugins you're requesting can be found for free on Bukkit.
