Looking for custom discord ticket bot!

Im looking for a custom discord bot with 2 buttons, where both opens a modal before creating the ticket. Once ticket is opened, i want the first message the bot sends to contain the replies from the modal. And i want the ability to claim, close and get a transcript for the ticket.
