Looking for custom drawn illustration for tshirt design

A friend of mine that I am helping needs an affordable illustrator who can take a hand drawn picture design and turn it in to a vector design for a tshirt.

He is a streamer and its for his merch purposes.

The design is fairly easy, but will require a character drawn that looks a bit like the streamer.

If you can do this, please reply with some work you have done before and your discord. I will add you if I see that you will be the best fit.
