Looking for Custom Factions Plugins (Very high budget)

Currently looking for developers who have a good idea with an original plugin that we can buy for our server. (Mainly around Factions/PvP theme)
I want it to be a new great idea, that adds more fun for the players and gives them a new feel for factions.
We also like ideas where money grinding becomes less stressful, or makes the job itself easier for the players themselves.

It's enormously incomplete and unstable though. Last time I used it, half of the features were broken.
