Looking for custom, high quality, Prison Setup

Hey,

I'm looking for someone to setup a high quality OP prison server. The server will not be setup from scratch. We have already have a pretty good base setup that we need someone to improve, perfect and finish. We have the builds.

Budget: We were thinking somewhere around 200 USD but price can be discussed depending on what you have in mind. The core of the server is already setup.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of OP prison/Prison
- Extensive experience and knowledge of configuration and front-end development (Java experience is not required)
- A good sense for aesthetics (messages, colors, etc)
- Fast working and efficient, we have a pretty tight deadline
- Open to constructive critisism
- Decent knowledge of Luckperms
