Looking for custom LogBlock plugin

Hello,

I'm looking for a custom plugin at a fair and reasonable price for my 1.7.10 server that is quite similar to LogBlock (therefore logging chat/blocks), as none of the LogBlock seem to work on my server for some reason.

So basically commands are:

But I'd also like extra commands like these, or edited in this way:

(Chat)

-Searching all of chat for one specific word: /lb chat search (word)
/lb chat search hi
-Searching someone's logs: /lb chat player (player)
/lb chat player Vyal
-Searching someone's logs from a certain word: /lb chat player (player) search (word)
/lb chat player Vyal search hi
-Searching someone's logs since a certain time: /lb chat player (player) since (time)
/lb chat player Vyal since 1d
-Searching someone's logs for a certain word from a specific time: /lb chat player (player) search (word) since (time)
/lb chat player Vyal search hi since 20h

(Blocks)

-The /lb tb would spawn in a bedrock block in a staff member's inventory. Depending on if the block is placed or missing, you'd either right-click or left-click with it.

NOTE: The ability to use the bedrock would be for staff members only, so if ever a player got access to the block it would just be a regular bedrock, not having any benefits.

If the block is there: left-click on it with the bedrock, displaying in their chat all the history of that block location. So who broke whichever block, who placed it and the times/dates.
If the block isn't there: right-click with the bedrock where there's missing blocks, displaying in their chat all the history of the block location. IGN of people who broke/placed blocks there, with dates and times.

Example: Vyal destroyed grass 2017-10-21
if it's the same day, the time would be indicated instead: Vyal placed grass 01:15

* If spawners are placed and destroyed, I'd like for the spawner type to be specified, a bit like this:
Vyal placed pig_spawner 2017-10-21

That's all I can think of for now, if ever there's more I'd let you know.

The amount of time is very open, as my server will not release for some time. Honestly, I'd just like for it to be well-done.
As for the budget, I'll let the developer set a base price based on their experience, time and effort they're willing to put in. We can always negotiate it and find something we both like
