Looking for Custom Mob Arena plugin

I'm in search of quotes for a custom mob arena plugin. I'm aware of all of the ones that exist, but they do not fit me current needs. Here's the custom elements I am looking for:

• 1.8 Plugin base
• Class loadout in the main lobby area (rather than join sub lobby, select predefined kit)

* Can go into more specifics, but think of a loadout selector from CoD

• Spectator mode on death until leaving the match (rather than being put into defined spectator area)
• Ability for certain waves start/complete to be able to run server commands
• The rest of this could literally be a copy/paste of Mob Arena or Core Arena. The above requests are the biggest changes I'm looking for
