Looking for Custom Plugin for my Pixelmon Server will pay

I'm currently looking for a plugin that will work with sponge, luckperms and pixelmon Reforged that will autorankup a player each time the player has completed a certain set of goals

for example
1.Break X amount of blocks
2.Place X amount of blocks
3.Play for X amount of hours
4.Have X amount of money
5. Catch X amount of pokemon
6.Catch Pokemon X

and once these goals are completed the player will rank up to the next tier which will give the player a new set of goals and change their prefix and will be rewarded with certain items or money or permissions such as /fly or /feed and this has to be able to work with other prefixes like donor ranks and other titles.

I have something like this but it needs to be updated to the latest pixelmon and sponge as I no longer have the source code for it.

You could do this with a plugin like Deluxe Menus and maybe some basic Skript.
I have no experience with Sponge what so ever, but you shouldn't need a custom plugin to achieve this.
