You will need to provide more information on what exactly you want. I do 10k maps for a couple of dollars, a decent worldpainter could charge a couple of hundred dollars but be able to make it exactly how you want.

Havn't tried but I can look into it, there is also 'Realistic world generator' But that plugin is a bit dull.
