Looking for decent sized youtubers

Hello, In the next few weeks, I will be releasing my new prison server. I have one youtuber lined up already that averaged around 15,000-50,000 views, but I'm looking for more youtubers. I am willing to spend less than 3000$, but if it's a really good deal, I'm willing to spend more.
