Who I Am
I'm the owner of LoreCase, a server that had used to be TownyMc and GleecraftMC. On average, it has about 5-12 players online during peak hours, and under 5 at most times. The server is not new, i've been running minecaft off this SoYouStart dedicated server for a few years.

My efforts were to always try to get players interested and invested in the server and its gametypes, but after the meta changed (Minigames servers becoming supreme and popularity must be actively searched for constantly) I soon fell off.

Eventually, i steeled my efforts for a final push, a attempt to get the server to become what i had always wanted to.

This month, i'm getting a better website template for xenforo, (www.lorecase.org)

A custom plugin being made for our custom gametype, (Think Fallout, except with minez and Settlements feature mixed in.)


What I Am Looking For
I am looking for someone to work with me on the network, that includes actively working to ensure that it will become what the goal is. Knowing where/how/to advertise, taking initiative, generally the skills of a owner. I will always be the owner of this server, and most maintenance costs will be handled by me (As always).

Age requirement:
I'm not going to say why there is a age requirement, only the fact that i want to deal with people over 18 only. Not people that will spend the majority of their time dealing with school, asking for money from their parents, trolling etc.

Here is a vouch, from someone young that was on here and came to a conclusion after getting banned from my server due to sexual harassment to an older female staff.

I'm looking for well off people/persons to be my partner. Someone that knows life, already has a job and goals for the future. This isn't just a hobby, or a toy, but a investment from which we may find satisfaction in seeing through.

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have some sort of income other than the server
• You must be active, provide above reasonable doubt that you are most always working for the betterment of the server, as will I
• Have experience in working with filezilla, FTP, dedicated servers, and knowing some measure of the process which would be actively pursued to grow a server.
• A sort of resume, or short few paragraphs explaining what you have done for the last few months, and where your skills may lie

Release
The server will never truly be "Unreleased" Moreso, it generally means no advertising has been implemented as of yet. Advertising measures which require income will mark the "Release" of the server.

Business:
The percent you make from the server's residual funds will be discussed, but it will always be lesser than mine.
It will always be calculated after all server expenses on a monthly basis.

I honestly find this hilarious as from what you're saying it seems like you're going to make the manager do all the work.

Also gl finding someone per 18.. Lmfao.. I'll assure you that most managers on this forum is between the ages of 14 and 16.

I'm not needing luck to find one, i find this hilarious that people assume that word is even a stat that can be applied in real life.

This is merely the covering of a base, to enable a possibility which is not unfavorable. To ignore it would be discouraged by my own practices.

And about the managers doing all the work, think about how the system goes in real life. Its never impossible to ensure someone is or is'nt doing "Work". I explained in the text

Though we all know why letting one person have their way is a wellspring of chaos. I'd rather have control over all that i can effectively balance than let things fall under someone Else's whims. Isn't that what it means to be a owner, anyway? Well, to each their own.

Some people are on hairtrigger banhammer mode.. because lazyness or the sheer effectiveness in cutting ties than reinforcing them. i prefer to figure out the motivations of both accused and victim to decide the right punishment/resolution that works for their accrued personalities

I personally feel your age requirement is pretty high. Most people on here are around 14-16. I do not know of many 18 year olds who play minecraft, you might be able to find someone. Secondly you said you want a manager, that also puts money into the server? If you are going to have someone help pay, then I would have them be an owner too. Most people are not going to put money into a server where they are not owner off. Now you could go look for investors and they would get a share of the server ownership, or a return of their investment with interest. Secondly I would advise looking for a manager and investors separately. I would also advise lowering the age requirement on it too.

I've found someone. I don't need investors. I notice plenty of the under 18 people that posted here have underestimated the effectiveness if this forum.
