I'm Kraezler#0486 and I've been considering setting up a custom minecraft server for a round about a year and feel I've finally come up with a highly profitable idea and I'm looking for a partner to help me get the server up and running smoothly. I'm not going to go into too much detail re guarding the server here but this is going to be a large, custom project to create a unique server so it may be a while before its up an running.
About Me
We are currently planning on calling the server Nazgaror Network, as we wanted something that you can easily google search for with a unique sound, however this is not set in stone and may change, (It fits the fantasy feel the server is aiming for)

About Me
I've got to be honest I have absolutely no experience with server management however I can guarantee I know the cost/time commitment and level of investment that needs to go into this kind of thing and am dedicated to making sure we have something that works. I've put aside a couple hundred for investment into this server from selling art and although I haven't been doing any commissions lately I can always put aside more if needed.

- I might've paid for hosting and dedicated ip, I have $300 credit on google compute engine which can be used for hosting however I'm not sure this is the best way to go so I we may decide to stick to a more traditional approach.

Why choose this server?
I'm confident that this server will be able to grow a large database due to a specific advertising plan that I personally haven't seen used before, I'll provide more details via discord if you're interested I just don't want others to do a similar thing.
The server will mainly revolve around minigames, mostly custom made ones, I have a few ideas and have a custom 3D texture pack.
You play minigames to earn emerald or another currency (undecided) These will be used to purchase crafting items such as brushed leather or ash wood that kind of thing. All of these items will exist in the texture pack (I'm making a couple hundred models) and they then can be used to create custom armor and weapons, think of these kind of like the weapons in hypixels warlords, how they are all specific and look different. Every two weeks and alternating 12 hours to accommodate for timezones there will be large tournaments that you can take these weapons and armor into but are immediately destroyed afterwards. Players will also be split up into houses, think like harry potter. These houses will be competing to earn the most points and then at the end of each month each player in the house will receive a reward of some description. Tournaments will be worth game changing amounts of points encouraging players to join in.
This also adds another element that can be used on buycraft in which people can buy crafting items if they wish to do so alongside ranks and other cosmetics.

- Must be willing to set aside some money for the project
- Must be able to be mature and have a decent rep on MCM
- Preferably have dev skills so we have to hire less people for the smaller things
- Must be able to have an opinion, its an investment for you too so it's important that you say whats on your mind. I've worked for far to many teams where the co owner just goes along with whatever the owner says and I feel communication is important
- I'm looking for someone who wants a more hands on approach to the server rather than just an investment
- Must be okay with me waiting a week or so before I choose who I'd like to co own because this is obviously an important decision
