Looking For Dedicated Server

I am looking for a cheap dedicated server.
With this server I would like the following:
- United States location
- 128GB+ RAM (1600MHz - 2133MHz)
- Intel CPU with HT - 4/6 Cores @ 3.20GHz+
- 400GB+ SSD (RAID 0 if it's multiple disks)
- Min 40Gbps DDoS Protection

Cheaper than $1/GB - Around $0.60/GB would be ideal.
Need the possibility to order cheap additional IP's.

this is what most budget hosting are using u said under 1$/gb this is prob the best that u can get or u are going to get an intel x series

E7's have a clock-speed far below 3Ghz If I'm correct.
