Looking for DEV for server! Can have staff and acsess to files!

im looking for a dev to help me make a server. There is nothing on the server and i am looking to make an op factions (or op prison, prison, or factions but prefer op factions) and if you can be a dev and help make plugins and ranks and such then i can reward you with some of the stuff the server sells or just having the dev rank.

There's basically nobody here who'll do this for free. In-game perks don't count as payment.

Most developers on here would rather prefer upfront payment. People won't do it for "perks in game." If you want to start up a server, you're best of planning a budget for yourself..

You seem like a little kid, at least under 13 (Doge), you have no guarantee of a payment and you most likely don't know how to or have what it takes to run a server. It isn't as easy as you think.
