Hello, today I'm looking for a Developer that can dedicate their time on a project I'm currently working on.
So I’m trying to create a network that allows both Java/Bedrock players to join and enjoy. I plan on having Factions Comp/Casual realms, HCF, Kitmap and Practice.

You should be able to provide proof of previous work, and have a good reputation.

If you are looking for free work, you certainly won't be getting many people with:

1. Lots of reputation
2. Lots of previous work

Your going to need to provide something for people to work on your server if your expecting them to create cores which every HCF owner seams to want as they have never heard of luckperms .

All jokes aside its going to be very hard to find a dev to do work for you with your requirements you might be able to find some people to make small plugins for you?

You'll find almost nobody is going to dedicate their time to your server for free, and absolutely nobody if you only want high rep with lots of previous experience. You may get a few tips here and there, but not much else. I'd encourage you to offer at least some payment
