Looking for dev paid [Paypal]

So im not just looking for a dev that is freelance, im looking for a dev that will be my partner in crime. You will be my dev for my server, you can open ideas tell me some changes etc. You will still get paid PER plugin unless you have a reasonable and fair deal with me. Payments are PAYPAL ONLY (or server credit which no one will take but worth a shot So some requirements are:

You are good in both configuration and JAVA bukkit api or whatever u use to code mc plugins
Stable working hours, well i mean is you need to be on everyday (some breaks allowed)
Mic please please please be able to skype me with VOICE or we will not do business
