Looking for Dev/Partner for Factions Server

Who We Are:
Pyro Factions a heavily successful factions server during it's first month of release that is now struggling a bit. In our first month we received over $250 in donations, and maxed at 38 players during that time. The server basically started from nothing though, beginning on a $20 donation from a good friend, and my knowledge of system administration and good ideas.

What the Job Entails:
The job is to combine two custom enchants plugins currently on the server (one is a skript and one is a java code). For more details message me in a PM or add me on Skype.

What We Can Do For You:
Once the server is completely set up (on the best host, all customs done, etc) we can offer you 25-50% of all donations received. This is no guarantee, but I am a hard worker and plan for success. You can also fill the position of developer on the server (that would get you the end closer to 50%). This job can benefit us both, as you can grow your portfolio, and help our community grow at the same time.

Just to let you know, most developers take upfront payment instead of a percentage of donations because it isn't guaranteed

no good dev or ok dev is gonna help you unless one you have a really big play base, two you have a good idea, or three you pay them upfront.
