Hello, I am currently looking for a Dev that is Experienced with Prison, Factions, hcf, Kitmap ect.. Not sure about paying just yet but further in the future sure.

Most developers on Mc-Market only work from pay.
Other than that GLFAD.

It makes sense, but that doesn't really work here all that often. If you can't guarantee pay from the get-go, that doesn't bode well for the developer getting paid in the future. Saying you will pay requires you to have a source of money. So where are you going to get the money to pay if you don't have it now?
