Looking for Dev with MongoDB Experience

Title says it all

I am using MongoDB to store data for my server, I have run into a problem with writing to database I cannot diagnose, as I am not experienced with Mongo to Java.
This seemingly happened out of nowhere, the system was working, and now theres an error running on attempt to write data.
This shouldn't take too long to fix so I am paying $15 if you can fix this problem.
If things go well I would love someone to help optimize the Mongo-related code in our plugins
