Looking for Dev

Looking for a developer who has some experience in java but hasn't had the life sucked out of them yet. I need a dev that's schedule would be mostly open after 4:00 pm CST. Mostly helping do config and other dev things for server, we just dont have the man power to do everything ourselves right now. Will negotiate pay if you seem like you could fit with our network. If you are trying to flip plugins and make 10 or 15 bucks then don't respond. But if you want to have an opportunity to make long term friends and have a long term flow of side cash PLEASE respond.
