Looking For Developer For Editing & Creating

I am in need of a developer that can basically edit this plugin to my liking. I need things removed, added, and switched around. Not a lot, but enough to make it a little different. There are some things I cannot stand having, but some things just need a little tweaking. Unsure how I am willing to spend, but it is not an enormous amount since these are open source and I only need certain tweaks.
