If you're only offering a percentage of what server makes, as compensation, would you be willing to provide tebex statistics? Such as:

• the overall revenue of the server (before bills).
• the expenditure of the server to display profits.

Also, are you able to provide the developer with financial security? Say they work 50 hours in one week, performing development work for you, is it guaranteed that they will make some money? A lot of developers expect financial compensation for their time and expertise, therefore without a secure wage they wouldn't take the project on.
