Looking for developer to build a script using AutoHotKey or Similar

This is not for a game- it's for me to automate tasks on a webpage, a few requirements are

• Click static buttons
• Do certain action based on a colour of a certain button
• Be delayed by time

I can share more details, I'm just wondering if this is a project for AHK or something different is needed -

Budget: I'm not sure what this type of thing costs or if it is possible
