Looking for Developer to help me create HCF

Hello, My name is Skiips and I have wanted to create a HCF server for a little bit. We have a network with towny, and a hub at the moment. IP: skipnetwork.tk:29056 I'm looking into partnering or just someone to help me out with this server. I have experience in making minecraft servers but i'm looking for a developer to help me with the smaller stuff (tab) (scoreboard) and some other stuff. Our specs for this server are going to be 5 GB on Wulf hosting. Our towny server atm is 4 gbs and can hold at what we think around 100 players. Yes, I said 100 players. We want towny and HCF both done and then we will be using donations that yes we did get from towny to advertise. We are looking for a smaller playerbase and want a nice, clean server. Its a risk we are taking. We were going to setup the server and once we get players and donations we were going to pay the devs. Its a risk but it could all be worth it.

No developers are going to take the risk of not getting paid for their work... at least not half decent ones
