Looking for Developer who knows how to change Nametags prefix/suffix using teams

Hey so basically im just too dumb to figure out how to properly use teams in spigot to change prefixes and suffixes of player nametags. I also need to be able to sort the tablist by levels. So if you have experience in both or either of these things please contact me in discord: Stitchie#0001 I will pay you a decent amount of money if we can get it working together.
(Obviously don't expect much you are basically just teaching me for one hour or however long it takes, we will talk prices afterwards but not more than $20)
Idc if a service team helps me i just want someone to help me with the code. Thanks.
EDIT: The minecraft version is 1.8.9 for reference.
EDIT2: I'm also fine with using packets/nms if that makes it simpler/faster.

I (think) i figured out how to set nametags. Still unsure how to sort tablist. Add me if you know. (Tab needs to be sorted by levels from 1 to 120, 120 being on top.)
