Hi everyone, been a while since I've been here, but going to try to be as open as I can be, if this should be in another place please point me in the right direction.
About Me
My name is Ryan, I am a 19 year-old workaholic from England, and I'm here today to look out for someone to join me in a business opportunity in owning a Minecraft server with me. Over the 6 years I've been playing Minecraft and 5 of which trying to administrate and run (including Arkham Network, OPCraft, YayMC, OrbitMC, ChaosCraft and more), moderate and manage servers, I've never actually found a way to get my servers to where I want to be, because I really only know half the picture. I'm very good and open to the managerial side, but when it comes into server hosting / management / developing, I've been very stuck. I've had previous projects where they kind of get driven into the ground just because all of these prebuilds are good, but not mine, so I always get stumped in making advancements in that department, and since I'm self-employed, it was always hard to fund it consistently.
Thoughts + Proposals
I'm in a better position now where I am very interested and open into starting my own server again, committing months of development, fine tuning, tweaking, and overall just full sending it into making a very promising server, and working on building playerbases up from good quality servers and with good visions. I'd be more than happy with investing together with another owner that's worked more in a managerial position and we then would hire a developer etc. to basically fulfil our needs to make a start, or working with a developer themselves to build the server, I'd be investing more but thinking more for the future where it would even out and we'd split revenue (I am more than willing to invest my fair share and more to make this work)
And to be fair, money is a big thing, and a lot of people will be thinking about the money. For me, it's going to be a while till we start seeing money, and that's fine for me. I want this to be a project I spend a lot of time and effort into, because I know with the right mind-set and pieces we can make this something crazy. If this isn't for you, don't worry! I'm still here to connect, and if you want to add me, then I'm more than happy for that. If it is, just know I'm super motivated, I want to learn, and I'm ready to grind in 2023 to get a refined result and get our name on the map.

As I said, I'm not smart when it comes to development, so excuse me
Final Thoughts
I'm super excited for the future - even if I don't find someone immediately, I will be more than happy to wait this out. A good server takes time, and I'm ready to take that time to make sure I get it right. TLDR: I want to make a network, ideally splitting a server between myself and a developer, or another manager with the added bonus of financial input. I'm here for workarounds too, if you have a different kind of offer, I'd love to know.
Basically, this is a business venture for a Developer to have the financial aspect of running a server completely taken out - where I'd be able to pay for hosting, Tebex, servers etc. all to try to create a fully functioning network. If you are a Dev thinking this could be a quick dollar, it probably isn't the place to be; I want someone committed to the idea of making their own server. If you think we should connect and chat more about this, I want to make a server for the future, and I think I can find the right person.
