I own a net work with my friend Fire
Hub // 2 server types // has plots and hoping for more gamemodes too.
It is Factions and Prison.
It needs work, so looking for the help we can get.

We are looking for a Developer, who is willing to work for us. We are willing to pay them a percentage of what is earned.

Well, considering that we have experience and have had previous servers in which we've made money off. We wont worry about that, also if they want to do that is ther loss. We have a few developers working for free. We are only requesting extra help. if no one wants to do that for a % of what is earned then that is not my fault. We can hire people from other places.

Get some java newbies from pmc then, no one with experience and the ability to make money from their work will work for free for some randy server.

I honestly believe that you are wrong, not everyone is as greedy like that. Many people are actually respectable and kind. Not just greedy.
They are people in this world that are not in it for the money, somepeople want to get noticed. Some people just want to meet other people.

Please try give this a think over and don't think the way you are, because it wont get you far if all's you think about is crap like that! :)

A lot of people have bills, and a lot of developers do this full time. I don't believe requesting money to pay for necessities is greed. When you are older you will understand, you will have to pay for things in life to get them.

And also you may understand that they are other jobs developers can do, like develop for profesional websites not just a game

You know how much money people like myself and many developers have made with this game? That doesn't even have nothing to do with the fact you think developers that charge for their work are just plain greedy. I suggest if you have no money to start a server you go and get a job and wait until you have the money.

Well, To be honest, I didn't direct that at developers in general, I never said we don't have money, we are hosted on a dedicated server costing around $30-$40 USD, soon to be $48-&60. We will be hosting on 128GB dedi... So maybe get the facts before pulling the "You go and get a job" card!

You know you need a bit more than $30-$60 to make a server? You're a bit hypocritical too, "get the facts" before pulling the "developers are greedy" card.

Well, I see here you failed to quote what I actually said. I know it costs more for a server. Like I said thats for the Dedi. We pay for good plugins like FeatherBoard. We are not stupid and know what we are doing. We just don't have the time to do it all ourselves. Maybe you should stop finding a way to answer back and have a good day/night!
