hello I am looking for developer that can help me config and setup plugins on my server and maybe some plugin made

He might as well just get a setup if he thinks he will get professional developers to work on donations (some might but depends on the case).

I actually made him a plugin for three dollars and he paid upfront so

That has nothing to do with what I said... I said he won't professional developers to work on donations.
