I have a budget around £1000-£1500.
I am looking for a custom plugins and things that will keep players interested and playing, that could include custom enchants minecrates tokens a bot that helps you and many more things that are unique to my server.
If you are interested let me know you will be payed at the end of your job, unless you want to stay with our team.

So if I may ask how much do you currently have? I believe most developers here would want a upfront payment because your not trusted on the market yet.
