Looking for Developers for a group

• Hey, my IGN is 5eh and I'm looking for developers who are willing to work at my server for free until we open (then I'll pay), firstly I plan on growing the server using all the staff I can find then grow to sell custom servers as well as make a lot of servers and either sell them and use it as our own to grow. I am looking for all types of positions, so if you are interested just comment or look discord link.
• I am looking for all positions however I am able to do the majority of the positions myself, such as graphic design the logo, make the website, build and configure plugins (I can't make plugins) as I can do all this on my own I sadly find it boring to work on my own and want help from others, together we grow our network and get paid handsomely, I plan on paying after each donation until we successfully grow to a network and give each individual staff (who are high up/developers,admins,co-owners) their own server to capital off of.
• I am 15 and I need experienced staff who are dedicated and typically free, I am not available for the next 3 weeks however, which is highly inconvenient but after that we can surely grow to be a good network. All staff will receive a job to work on and will nearly always be busy.

You want developers to join your 'group', 'work' on your server (basically make a server for you) and when the server is released and you don't need them anymore you'll start paying?

I'll be keeping all of my developers and staff even after I open, I stuck with the same developer for two years, and it wasn't because I didn't have any other developers (I had 3 on the same server for a long time) it was because how well he can function and what his abilities were, I've made a lot of servers with my developers, and a few completely on my own so I don't necessarily need a developer, it would be easier with one, this is the same for configurators

You're not too credible (imo) and since you haven't added any proof to your post this seems kinda sketchy to me.

Well, you're right for me to be sketchy because I'm relying on peoples trust, but I can show proof of my builds and stuff, I can show you my small server right now which I've been working on for a week and many of my past chats with my old staff and stuff, there's no real way of me proving that I'm legit, same as others applying saying they make their plugins and not steal it, so it's all really based on trust.

You don't have to show me, it'd be easier if you just added that to your (next) post. It shows that you don't just want developers to rip em off.

Will do next time, I usually sell my builds and we do it 50/50, knowing what that is, people trust me 50/50 until the finished product and then then they either have the option to kick and ban me and take the build for half the price or pay the full and keep me until they need something else, building trust.
