Why does it matter, If it's a professional job you'll get paid depending on what you do, 25 Dollars worth of work gets you $25, Same with $250.

It depends, if he asks for an HCF core but pays 25$ I am not going to bother even contacting him.

If he asks for an HCF Core, You ask him exactly what he wants then you tell him how much you're willing to do, If he's like I want you to make me an HCF core for 20 bucks, Then you just block him and move on(if you want).
