A small intro about the server type.

The type of the server is a custom game mode invented by the ThanosMC team and it is based on the game mode ‘Factions’ which everyone knows and a little bit of prison/UHC.

The game mode is fully custom invented by us and is designed to remove all server issues that all servers have right now, as well as it adds new player experience.

What do we want to develop?
​

We need a bunch of custom features such as:

custom shops, items, factions core, commands, ranks, crates, mob drops, events, ecosystem, mines, loot, anti-cheat, and much more to know about.

In other words, everything will be custom based, however, if we find something on the web that already has been made we can adjust it or use that as an example.

What skills and experience are required?

· Experienced developers

· Mature and professional approach

· We want developers that made LARGE plugins before and can do it again

· You need to be able to create Minecraft plugins (Java coding)

NOTE: This is all custom thing can sound crazy or confusing.

But don’t worry, feel free to ask any questions. We will help you to understand and enjoy the learning process together.

I'm assuming you mean from profits when the server releases? If so, most developers won't go for that as most want guaranteed payment, no matter the outcome of the server.

If not, you might want to go into more information regarding how payment will work etc.

I understand. I think the best would be if the potential developer who is interested can contact me.

I will introduce him to our main admin and developer who will explain the development process for this project, then we can discuss pay.
