Looking for developers for unique server idea

I don't really know how to explain this well because I don't want anyone stealing the idea. First some information:
I am also a developer I am looking for 3-4 more developers to help make this server.

The idea of the server is the game "Destiny" in minecraft. So Light level gear, bosses, raids, clans, all of that.

Currently I can't pay but all server profit will be shared and ownership will be split for each.

I doubt you will find 4-5 developers if you are not paying, especially developers capable of doing a project as big as this

I have 2 friends that are gonna help so me + them is 3 and thats enough to do it just more help would be nice
