Looking for Developers for upcoming server

Hello!

My name is Hixon and i'm an 18 year old from California. I've got a pretty original idea for a server, however, i'm primarily a builder and lack the skills (in development) to make my ideas a reality. I'm looking for someone who would be genuinely interested in the project, which would be discussed over skype, and would be willing to stick around to become the main developer for the server. I am willing to work out a payment method, but I would generally like to keep it under 50 dollars. I am looking for someone capable of doing the requested plugin and similar.

* Note; I know this exists; but i'd like a more specific and custom version.
Server requires alot of entities, therefore, I would like a plugin that "stacks" mobs, however, unlike the existing plugin, I'd like groups of 5 to be stacked. For example 5 chickens alone would be fine, however when a 6th chicken is spawned, the 5 existing ones are grouped together into 1 chicken, with a display of [x5]. The chicken would continue to stack every 5 chickens until it reaches a max of [x30].
If I did a shit job of explaining please request more details over skype.
- I do not know anything about creating plugins, therefore if this is not possible or way to difficult please let me know.
