Me and 5 other friends are going to be making a server soon, We will be really dedicated, But we aren't exactly amazing with plugins and configurations, We will be recruiting staff and developers. If you are a developer you need to have these skills:

You have to be aged 13+
You must have experience
You must be dedicated (Spending hours of your time per week)
Advanced Configuration skills
Must have a portfolio

If you are willing to develop on our server and you have these skills, Please add my skype: blue.mc00 If you are a good developer, you do what I ask, your dedicated, You will be paid without a doubt. If you don't qualify for for any of these; you wont be paid.
