I'm HomelessBoi.. Owner of Galaxico network which
is an upcoming network of a few game modes such as
skyblock, creative and more.

I am here today requesting
developers to add to my team. What this would include is
being a developer on the server basically have the dev rank
and make plugins that we may need for the server (desc's will be given to you)
you will be paid per project you do based on the quote you give for it

Well normally if you are hiring them for just your server, you'd pay them on an hourly basis not per project.
