Looking for Developers

I am looking to pay a developer(s) that are knowledgeable with plugins and proxy servers, and other developmental knowledge needed to develop a server from A-Z. The basics:

• -Big lobby "waiting room" server that ports x-number of players into the actual pvp server
• -Kit pvp style gameplay
• -Some customization in world generation
