A little bit about Skytopia:
Skytopia is a one-of-a-kind server. We are aiming to bring the best parts of many different gamemodes together into one, rooted at Skyblock. We take inspiration from many of the largest and best servers right now, Hypixel, Origin Realms, and many more. Our team has been steadily growing over the past few months, now with 2 developers, 1 configurator, 1 builder, and 1 modeler. We have achieved many of our goals and projects that we have hoped but there is still much work to do. After being in development for 6 months we have developed many cool things. I will share a few of my favorite projects that we have just completed. Here are a few unique builds, models, and features that we have created over the last few months. A completely unique system that allows for cool recipes for armor, tools, and items
The ravine:
A 150-block deep ravine filled with different levels of mines. Each layer of mine brings new custom ores, custom bosses, and secret rewards.

Hey! Now seems like a good time to introduce myself, I am Worldlyf or Isaiah, and am the owner of Skytopia. I currently work full-time as an IT Specialist. My main job over the course of development is management. I never thought that managing a team of 5 or 6 would take so much work haha. In my free time, I enjoy playing the violin, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and of course creating this Minecraft server. Over the last few months, I work roughly 15 hours/week on the server. From creating tasks, and critiquing builds, to some simple configurations.
So what am I looking for?
Over the past year and a half, I have been partnered with Airdropped. Due to busyness with work and life, he has had to step away from the project. With his absence, I am now looking for a new Co-Owner to share responsibilities and server costs. It is weird to be looking for a Co-Owner so deep into a project like this, normally doing this at the beginning. As mentioned before the server costs roughly 400$ a month to operate; mostly being hosting and staffing costs. Once again, I am looking for a Co-Owner NOT an employee, I'm not looking for someone to manage but for someone that can manage others. I am looking for a Co-Owner who can handle the development side of the server: Managing developers, creating plugins, and able to think about the more technical side of the server.

- Dedicated server specs: Reliablesite i7 6700k, 32gb ram
- Operation costs: Around 400$/month
- Around 65% completed for the first beta
- 7k Minecraft discord server (in progress)
- Registered LLC in the State of Wisconsin

I am looking for someone who can do the following:
- Able to put at least 10 hours a week into the project
- Experience in advanced configuration and plugin development
- Experience in System Administration (Ubuntu, Ptero, etc)
- Able to be creative and think of new ideas
- Able to meet deadlines
