What exactly is your qualification for forming such a team? You're basically looking to make a development group that is capable of meeting almost any request, yet... You don't appear to be a developer yourself?

I have experience with configurating plugins, I can do some gfx work and I know a bit of java but not much. I want to run this team to help others.
