Looking for Discord Giveaway/Advertising Managers

I Own a discord server with over 13k Members in total named The Galaxy

Im Looking for:

1.Giveaway Manager
Looking for people who have experience in handling the giveaway department of the server, which includes hosting giveaways regularly and making sure they are paid out on time and managing tickets etc (Giveaway prizes will be provided but we expect you to giveaway some stuff of your own too)
Must make sure the giveaways channel is filled with giveaways most of the times, the giveaway manager will be awarded nitros/ boosts etc on a regular basis whenever possible and might get paid in paypal depending on his performance since giveaway management is an easy task and doesn't require much

2.Advertisement Manager
Looking for an advertisement manager who manages the server ads, meaning, he sells ads on our discord and he will be paid 10-20% of the payment and more benefits like regular nitros and server boosts etc, I expect him to sell 1-2 ads daily, The server is pretty active and gets good joins and reacts so shouldn't be a hard task, If I find him doing a good job im willing to pay 30% of the pay and extra paypal also depending on his work. Main job is to sell ads and buy ads (will provide funds) and make sure the server is constantly growing, the server was partnered with discord but lost the partnership due to low retention, this was the time when it got nuked by some rogue admin, after which we have done a good job rebuilding it back to 13k
